- Commerce — $179/month: Up to 20 pages; Product catalogue; Commerce entitlement; Priority human support.

Monthly service or a one-off website build?
A monthly service spreads the website service charge over recurring payments. A one-off build has an initial project price, but you still need to understand any ongoing hosting, maintenance and support arrangements. Compare what each quote actually covers over the time you expect to use it.
For example, twelve monthly payments at the current Starter rate of NZ$49 total NZ$588 in subscription charges. That illustration is not a fixed-term contract or a complete quote for domain registration, extra work or other separately agreed costs.
Lokale subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. It is a continuing website service, so do not assume that cancelling means the website will remain hosted indefinitely.
Questions to ask before paying
- What content do I need? Provide accurate business information and authorised images. Lokale prepares the website for your review.
- What about my domain? Confirm registration, ownership, renewal and transfer responsibilities for your chosen arrangement. Do not assume a free domain is included.
- How do updates work? Check the plan update allowance. Major redesigns, custom functionality or work outside the allowance may need a separate quote.
- Can I see the website first? Yes, review your private preview before choosing a plan. A preview is not yet a published website.
Cancellation and support
The current cancellation flow schedules cancellation for the end of your paid billing period. Use the billing controls in your account or contact support. Refunds are assessed case by case; they are not automatic. Read the cancellation policy and service terms before purchasing.
